It's normal for girls to lose their hair. You'd be surprised by how much is ok to lose. I know it helps if you have a proper diet. So one thing you want to do is to eat more fruit and vegetables and perhaps take vitamins, maybe a daily vitamin. i have the same thing and it can be a lot of reasons. like
stress.
not enough vitamin's in your body
you might be getting sick
using a flat iron or curling iron
taking to hot of shower or bath
the blow dyer being to hot
i was told by my dr that i was using to hot of iron's on my hair and hot baths it makes your pore's open up then you dont use cold to close them so the hair falls out also hair spray will cause it to if you use to much and they said rogain does not work prenatal vitimens work or not blow drying or curling irons so much
All of that is normal so don't worry about it.
