No, because hopefully the abortion was very early in the pregnancy. I would look at other things such hair products and styling products. If you perm or dye your hair a lot that can cause hair breakage. If your stressed out because of the abortion that could possibly cause hair loss. I would just try to relax and pamper your hair. No because they didn't go the whole nine months and have go through all the hormonal changes.

There are several other reasons you may experience hair loss, some of them are nutrition related, and others are hormone related.

It depends, but most likely no. The hair loss a full-term women has is actually because of the abundance of hair growth caused by hormones during the pregnancy...so it's temporary hair for a lack of better way to put it. Most women who have abortions don't carry long enough for the hair growth to occur so they shouldn't lose hair afterwards, but it is always a possibility.
I never lost any hair after i gave birth to all 3 of mine. But, everybody is different. It could be stress too. just give yourself some time. You just had an abortion, or somebody that you know. Thats hard to deal with. Just give yourself some time, %26amp; take it easy.
