You're curious about what women think of men who are losing their hair? Personally I don't care about thinning hair as long as it looks presentable. Do what Matt Lauer did when he started losing his hair, just cut it short so it's not as noticeable. Nothing is worse than a bad comb-over! When your hair head look like you are going bald, it is I should say better for you to shave all your hair than having some hair and bald somewhere in the middle or a very few hair left. But if you still can address that problem of losing your hair then do so at an early stage.
