How to stop hair loss and/or make hair grow back healthier in a woman 35ish.?

I already know that stress can cause hair loss. Im just curious if there are any home remedies to make the hair grow back in thicker or to make it come back faster? I personally have been under alot of stress over the last year and noticed I was loosing my hair A LOT. I am only 35 and shouldnt be loosing my hair yet I dont think... there's is another vitamin called MSM- it helps as well.





make sure you massage your scalp daily while shampooing and conditioning for at least 10 mins a day- your hands will get tired but it will help





Do deep condition or scalp treatment once a week - get soemthing like Kpack- or any deep reconstruct conditioner drench your hair in it put a shower cap over it and take a blow dryer and heat it up for 15 mins- once a week!





Brush your hair/ massage your scalp/ stimulate your follicles as often as possible





get a good shampoo line that works for thinning hair such as Nioxin or Alterna- they make generic brands as Sall'ys beauty and they are cheaper then the real but work as good





and they do make rogaine for women as well- if you follow the instructions it really will work!

I have very fine hair and also was losing hair at a young age (younger than you are) so I got worried and started researching and trying different things. I was losing hair everytime I washed it and what helped me the best was switching the right shampoo. Nioxin is defiantely the best shampoo I have every used for my hair. My hair is healthier than ever and also seems to be coming out much thicker. Secondly I use a deep conditioner once a week with protein (which is what hair is made of). Make sure to massage your head everyday when shampooing or any other time. I also use a nioxin follicle booster which i believe is causing miracles for my hair. Another thing I was trying for a while which seemed to help was applying tee tree oil to my scalp before shampooing. Lastly I started taking hair and nail vitamins. At this point i see absolutely no more hair loss and my hair is coming out faster, thicker, and healthier.

drink milk


eat food rich in vitamin and protein because ur hair is made from 75% proteins so eating more proteins makes it thicker





also wash ur hair with warm water so that u would open the pores to allow more hair to grow





dont wash ur hair every day 4 times a week is enough because using too much shampoo ruins ur hair because it is full of chemicals and because u remove the natural oil in ur hair needed to make it thick





dont take artificial vitamins natural nutration in food is better because too much vitamin can kill i read it in the book
diabetes can also thin out your hair. Maybe your stress is due to high blood pressure. my mom was going through something similar before she found out she had both diabetes and high blood pressure. If you haven't gotten checked out in a while, i would recommend it.
