Has anyone tried Arnica Montana for hair loss in women?

I have seen on a homepathic website that arnica montana works for hair re-growth but to avoid coffee, soda and salt peter from preserved meats. If I can not drink coffee or soda, am I able to drink green tea while taking the arnica?
