What to do About Hair loss for women?

I am a 24 year old female and I think I am starting to loss my hair. Every time I wash my hair then style it I brunch out or pull clumps of hair in my hand. This is starting to upset me because it happens ever time and I loss hair during the day. I am not very stressed out so I don鈥檛 know why it is happening. What I want are some tips for early hair loss. What are some things that I could add to my diet? What might I be lacking in my diet? Or is there something else I need to do? Should I go to the doctor about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. What to do About Hair loss for women?
I am a professional stylist. There is a great shampoo called Nioxin it works great to stop hair loss and regrow hair. I use it myself and I am only 21 because my hair was shedding really bad and it stopped it within a couple weeks you can buy it at most salons also take prenatal vitamins I know that sounds weird but it has everything your body needs in it and is great for your hair skin and nails. What to do About Hair loss for women?

The first thing you should do is see your doctor. Thyroid problems can make your hair come out and you should probably get it checked. There is also a condition called alopecia that could cause this. Once the doctor rules out any medical reason, then you can look at how to treat it.

Nioxin products are good. They are sold in salons. They are not regulated by the FDA, they are considered cosmetic. they are very pricey, though.

There is also Rogaine for women. But you would need to check the warnings carefully, since you are of childbearing age. Some hair loss meds cause fertility problems or birth defects.

As far as nutrition, biotin and all B vitamins are good for hair and skin.

Last, but not least, this may just be a genetic tendency for you. I know you don't want to hear that, but my hair started thinning in my late 20's and after all the testing to see what was wrong, it just came down to heredity. Now I'm in my late 30's and still noone can tell my hair is thinning, but me. So stay positive. :)
i experienced hair loss myself...it was caused by a medication i was taking. i did do some more research on hair loss...it comes from the lack of estrogen. so it wouldn't be a bad idea for you to talk to a physician.
Hair loss, alopecia, is a medical condition. See a physician for nutritional surveys and thyroid functioning.
It is easier to prevent the falling out of healthy hairs than to regrow hair in follicles that are already dormant. Finasteride (marketed in the U.S. as Propecia) and minoxidil (marketed in the U.S. as Rogaine, and some places as Regaine) have shown some success in partially reversing loss. In a one one-year study of finasteride, evaluation after one year showed five of 21 subjects (23.8%) had two-grade improvement in MNHS grade on a modified Norwood/Hamilton scale and 12 of 21 subjects (57.1%) had one-grade improvement; the others remained at the same grade.[6] However such treatments are generally ineffective at treating extreme cases of hair loss.[7]

What worries me most about your question is the phrase ';clumps of hair.'; That's not normal, and you need to see your doctor to investigate what's going on.

If you were talking about a little thinning, that'd be one thing, but this is not normal.
You should speak to a doctor about it.
Go to a dermatologist to find out why your hair is falling out.
